Services
BKM provides a full range of investment management and advisory services to (institutional) investors that want to invest in the countries of the Caribbean. It will, at times, also provide advisory services to companies that are interested to buy (into) other companies or are getting ready to be sold.
Investment management services of BKM include, but are not limited to: investment analysis, M & A, (supervisory) management of companies and projects, and the establishment and management of fund structures.
Advisory services of BKM include, but are not limited to: investment analysis and advice, valuation, negotiation, matchmaking, fund raising and strategic advice.
BKM will provide its services to, or in the best interest of its clients; the investors. Advisory assignments will only be accepted upon the request by investors in BKM investment vehicles or as part of the business development for such vehicles.
